The GTM Specialist role sits squarely in the middle of partners, product, content, and sales, and owns everything from ICP targeting → MQL (sales owns MQL → SQL, including discovery, qualification, deal control,; contract & revenue).

Core responsibilities
1. Partner overlap GTM (Crossbeam-style plays)
You identify where Blackbird ICPs intersect with partner accounts, and turn that overlap into account-specific content that Sales can use.
- Identify high-value Partner ∩ Blackbird account overlaps
- Create custom Partner × Prospect content
- Deliver sales-ready MQLs from partner programs
2. Partner webinars & co-marketing
You create audience and intent — Sales follows up.
- Run 1 partner webinar or roundtable per month
- Ensure ICP fit and post-event conversion
- Package sessions into reusable GTM assets
3. Segmented email marketing (Notion → MQL engine)
You build segments with intent signals.
- Define ICP- and use-case-based segments
- Run targeted campaigns and measure engagement
- Qualify engaged accounts into MQLs with context
4. Vision content → sales enablement
You translate founder-level thinking into deal-usable material.
- Turn vision posts into sales decks, one-pagers, or narratives
- Map each asset to ICPs and buying roles
- Ensure assets are actually used in live deals
5. Use-case & Blueprint GTM packaging
You help Sales anchor deals in real workflows, not abstract promises.
- Package flagship orchestration use cases (“Birds”)
- Launch Blueprint GTM assets monthly
- Support Sales with concrete, referenceable workflows
6. Customer proof capture (via QBRs)
You extract signal from reality.
- Participate in QBRs with key customers
- Turn positive outcomes into credible customer stories
- Align proof points to ICPs and use cases
7. Target-account enablement (Sales pods)
You arm Sales with account-specific context, not generic decks.
- Build custom GTM packs per target account
- Include partner angle, use case, and narrative
- Ensure assets are actually used in outreach and follow-ups
What success looks like
You’ll be measured on intent creation and usability, not revenue attribution.
Examples:
- Partner overlaps identified and activated
- ICP-qualified MQLs delivered to Sales
- Sales adoption of GTM assets
- Improved MQL → SQL conversion (Sales-owned, GTM-influenced)
You'd start with a subset of OKRs and expand as the function matures.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in B2B SaaS GTM, product marketing, or revenue marketing
- Strong ability to turn strategy into concrete assets
- Comfortable working across partners, product, and sales
- Obsession with relevance, context, and usability
- Low tolerance for fluff, high tolerance for iteration
